Boat skipper and passengers nabbed at sea | New Straits Times

GEORGE TOWN: A boat skipper and nine passengers were arrested by a team from the Penang Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) yesterday.

NSTnation Penang MMEA director Captain Maritime Abd Razak Mohamed said the 17-year-old skipper was detained along with nine passengers, including children, aged between eight and 64.
