Pada 7 Mei lalu, Pejabat Peguam Negara memfailkan notis itu berhubung ratusan beg tangan pelbagai jenama, mata wang asing, jam tangan dan 27 buah kereta yang dirampas daripada Najib, Rosmah dan tiga anak mereka, 13 individu dan syarikat.
Selain itu, pendakwa raya menamakan Senijauhar Sdn Bhd, Yayasan Rakyat 1Malaysia, Yayasan Semesta, Yayasan Mustika Kasih dan Rembulan Kembara Sdn Bhd juga sebagai responden.
