Ahli Parlimen Selangau Baru Bian, Ahli Parlimen Saratok Ali Biju dan Ahli Parlimen Puncak Borneo Willie Mongin menyifatkan formula Dr Mahathir Mohamad sebagai hala tuju baru negara.

Terdahulu, Mahathir dilaporkan berkata, beliau merasakan pembentukan kerajaan yang bebas daripada politik partisan boleh menjadi penyelesaian kepada kemelut politik semasa yang berpunca daripada kejatuhan kerajaan Pakatan Harapan minggu ini.“Jika dibenarkan, saya akan cuba adakan pemerintahan yang tidak memihak kepada mana-mana parti. Hanya kepentingan negara sahaja yang akan diutamakan,” kata Mahathir petang tadi.

“Kami dengan itu menyambut baik formula kerajaan nasional Mahathir yang inklusif dan tidak berpartisan. “Kami mengulangi sokongan penuh untuk Mahathir menerajui negara ketika ekonomi kita berdepan cabaran isu global dan sekarang kita menghadapi kebuntuan politik.”
