Bekas ketua perisik dilepas tanpa dibebas kes pecah amanah RM50 juta | The Malaysian Insight

BEKAS ketua perisik, Hasanah Abdul Hamid telah dilepaskan tanpa dibebaskan oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur dalam kes pecah amanah bernilai RM50.4 juta melibatkan dana kerajaan. Hakim Ahmad Shahrir Mohd Salleh membuat keputusan itu setelah pihak pendakwaan memberitahu mahkamah pihaknya tidak akan meneruskan pendakwaan terhadapnya.
