LUMUT: Bekalan vaksin Covid-19 di negeri ini tidak mencukupi menyebabkan 13 daripada 31 Pusat Pemberian Vaksin di Perak masih belum berfungsi.
“Jika berdasarkan pengumuman Menteri Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi, Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar, bekalan vaksin dijangka tiba mengikut jadual hujung Julai ini, jika ia berlaku, maka, semua 13 PPV ini akan beroperasi,” katanya. Jelasnya, ketika ini dianggarkan kira-kira 10,000 penduduk divaksin sehari di negeri ini dengan sasaran ditingkatkan kepada 15,000 orang sehari dalam tempoh terdekat.
“Semua itu bergantung kepada kecukupan vaksin. Kecekapan petugas kesihatan, sukarelawan dan jentera bertugas sudah baik, hanya memerlukan kesediaan orang ramai untuk keluar mengambil vaksin.
