MALAYSIANS should not be “holier-than-thou” when discussing the marriage of a local Muslim woman to the Indian hockey captain Manpreet Singh Panwar, said Amanah’s Hanipa Maidin. The Sepang MP said Muslims especially should be more forgiving of the Malaysian woman, Illi Najwa Saddique, and should not pile pressure on her.
