MACC chief Azam Baki has filed a defamation suit against journalist Lalitha Kunaratnam, demanding RM100 million in damages and a public apology for two articles she wrote about him last year. Azam also wants an injunction to stop Lalitha or others associated with her from repeating allegations surrounding the purchase of shares in his name in public listed companies.
