KETUA pesuruhjaya agensi antirasuah Azam Baki telah memfailkan saman fitnah terhadap wartawan Lalitha Kunaratnam, menuntut ganti rugi RM10 juta dan permohonan maaf secara terbuka berhubung dua artikel yang ditulis tahun lepas. Beliau juga memohon injunksi menghalang Lalitha atau orang lain yang dikaitkan dengannya mengulangi dakwaan tentang pemilikan saham dalam syarikat senarai awam.
