MALAYSIAN Anti-Corruption Commission chief commissioner Azam Baki can be jailed for contempt of Parliament if he defies the order to appear before the Parliamentary Special Select Committee on Agencies under the Prime Minister’s Department on January 19, DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang said today. Azam has been summoned by the committee to explain his involvement in the recent stock trading controversy.
