'Awkward' for Umno to withdraw support for PN now, says analyst

It is “very awkward” for Umno to now advise members of parliament and ministers and deputy ministers from the party to withdraw support for Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and the Perikatan Nasional government, according to an analyst.

Azmi Hassan, political analyst and geostrategist, said a number of Umno ministers are holding crucial portfolios in the cabinet and their withdrawal now may jeopardise the vaccine rollout in the country, such as Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin and Health Minister Dr Adham Baba.

All those Umno MPs who are actually working, can work for free, if their work is important..They can delegate otherwise..Not that they are doing so well anyway..
