Ahmad Hafizam dalam rumusannya berkata, teori Shahrom tidak berpadanan dengan corak dan kecederaan dialami mangsa yang diperiksanya secara klinikal ketika bedah siasat bersama Ketua Jabatan Forensik HKL, Ahmad Shah Mahmood.
