Covid-19 and MCO the cause of decline, says chief statistician.

Chief statistician Mohd Uzir Mahidin, in a statement following the release of the report, said the decrease in the number of marriages is contributed by a 1.8% decline in the number of Muslim marriages – 145,202 – compared to 147,847 in 2019.
