FORTY-five groups in Penang will send a joint memorandum asking Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to intervene and cancel the Penang South Reclamation project.
Penang Malay Association president president Mohd Yussof Latif, speaking on behalf of the groups, said Deputy Prime Minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow would also receive a copy of the memorandum.
