PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong congratulates Johor Darul Ta'zim on emerging as Malaysia Cup 2022 champions on Saturday (Nov 26).
The MCA president posted his congratulations to the JDT team in a Facebook post Saturday.
"Congratulations JDT. The champions of Malaysia Cup 2022 after defeating Selangor FC 2-1 at the Bukit Jalil Stadium," he said in his post.
Earlier, JDT beat the Red Giants 2-1 to take the title at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
JDT and the Red Giants were tied 1-1 at half-time before JDT's Fernando Forestieri scored the winning goal in the 59th minute.
