More than 3,000 bricks suspected to be cocaine are believed to have been seized in Shah Alam.
The drugs have an estimated street value of several hundreds of millions of ringgit and may be the largest drugs haul in Malaysia. However a notice circulating on social media said the raids were a joint operation between narcotics officers from Customs and federal police headquarters. Four Malaysian men and 9 foreigners were believed to have been arrested.
In a raid on Alam Jaya trade centre in Puncak Alam at 4.30am on Sunday, narcotics officers seized 11 sacks weighing 500kg containing white powder suspected to be ketamine.
