SEBANYAK 16 kluster Covid-19 melibatkan jemaah umrah yang pulang dari Arab Saudi telah dikesan bagi tempoh 25 November lepas hingga hari ini, dengan tujuh kluster daripadanya melibatkan kes indeks disahkan varian Omicron.Presumptive Omicron yang sedang menunggu keputusan jujukan genom penuh , dan tiga kluster melibatkan kes indeks positif Covid-19 bukan varian Omicron.
