Sime Darby Property reopens sales galleries, projects resume


Sime Darby Property Group MD Azmir Merican said on the outlook, Azmir said while construction in the property sector has been allowed to resume as at end-July 2021, it will take time for the Sime Darby Property’s project site operations to gain momentum as it will operate under strict SOPs.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd, which has set a RM2.4bil sales target for this financial year, announced Monday it has reopened its sales galleries and resumes operations at all project sites.

Its group managing director, Datuk Azmir Merican said that the company was pleased to welcome visitors back to its sales galleries and provide prospective homebuyers with a more personalised purchase experience, as well as better insight into its innovative products and sustainable township amenities.
