“For illegal operators, a higher minimum mandatory penalty of RM1 million and a 12-month minimum mandatory jail sentence will be imposed. “Commencing 2020, the total number of special draws for Numbers Forecast Operator will be reduced from 11 to eight times a year,” said Lim while tabling the 2020 Budget.
