DUA kontraktor utama dalam projek kapal tempur pesisir mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd susulan kontrak mereka dibatalkan. Contraves Advanced Devices Sdn Bhd dan Contraves Electrodynamics Sdn Bhd dalam tuntutan saman mereka berkata keputusan BNS membatalkan 12 surat anugerah kepada dua syarikat itu tidak sah.
