Deputy public prosecutor Ahmad Akram Gharib told the court that the prosecution had reached out to other witnesses but they were unable to leave work."Most of them have started working already and have matters to attend to.Justice Sequerah said the court had no choice but to vacate the trial for the day.Earlier in the morning, the court was informed that Azmi, who was supposed to take the stand, had an MC after developing a fever.
The prosecutor said Lim has to go for his booster shot appointment while Goh has to attend important meetings that she could not cancel.
