SEJUMLAH 18,600 pelajar institusi pengajian tinggi dari Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan dan Semenanjung yang tergolong dalam tiga kategori ditetapkan, dikecualikan daripada dikenakan fi atau bayaran ujian pengesanan Covid-19. Menteri Kesihatan Dr Adham Baba berkata mereka adalah pelajar yang akan memulakan sesi pembelajaran fizikal dari Sarawak, Labuan dan Semenanjung ke Sabah; pelajar dari Sabah ke Semenanjung, Sarawak dan Labuan; serta pelajar dari Semenanjung dan Labuan ke Sarawak.
