PUTRAJAYA: Kementerian Kesihatan mengesan 162 kes Covid-19 baharu melibatkan varian yang dibimbangi Omicron dalam tempoh tiga hari lalu.
Menurut beliau, ia menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes dijangkiti virus SARS-CoV-2 dikategorikan sebagai VOC dan Varian Berkepentingan sebanyak 7,056 kes. “Manakala daripada jumlah 7,056 kes tersebut, 7,036 kes adalah VOC manakala 20 kes adalah VOI,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan hari ini.
