109 diurapi minyak Krisma di Sook

“Belas kasihan Tuhan sentiasa terbuka untuk kita...” pesan Uskup Cornelius kepada 109 Krismawan di Paroki Sook.Injil Hari Minggu Biasa ke-24, membantu umat menyedari dan mengenal sifat-sifat belas kasihan Tuhan khususnya kepada mereka yang lemah dan memerlukan.

Dengan tema, “Tuhan yang maha pengasih Dan maha Pengampun” Paroki Roh Kudus Sook menyaksikan seramai kira-kira 109 calon krismawan telah diurapi dengan minyak krisma. Misa Krisma ini disempurnakan oleh Bapa Uskup Cornelius Piong bersama Paderi Paroki Sook, Fr Boniface Kimsin dan Fr Roney Mailap. Memetik Injil pada hari itu, Uskup Cornelius mengingatkan bahawa belas kasihan dan cinta kasih Yesus, membawa harapan dan sukacita kepada umat.

Belas kasihan Tuhan sentiasa terbuka bagi kita, kerana Tuhan amat berbelas kasih, Dia tidak menerima orang-orang berdosa dan makan bersama mereka . Kepada para krismawan, prelatus itu mengharapkan mereka sentiasa terbuka kepada Roh Kudus dan memohon doa dari Bonda Maria.
