Himpunan Bersih 2.0 menyaksikan kira-kira 50,000 peserta mengambil bahagian memenuhi sekitar jalan di KUala Lumpur menuntut pilihan raya bersih dan adil.
Ambiga yang juga bekas presiden Majlis Peguam, berkata pergerakan seperti Bersih 2.0 tidak boleh dilumpuhkan kerana pandemik sudah menunjukkan individu salah dibenarkan memimpin negara ini, gara-gara Langkah Sheraton. Merujuk kepada layanan polis semakin menunjukkan peningkatan terhadap penunjuk perasaan selepas perarakan besar-besaran Bersih pada kali kedua dan ketiga, penangkapan secara tiba-tiba terhadap pengerusi, Maria Chin Abdullah, mengikut Akta Kesalahan Keselamatan 2012 , membuktikan wujud keperluan “melawan sistem” tanpa henti.
Mengimbas kembali, protes ikonik yang menekankan kebersihan dan keadilan dalam pilihan raya yang menyaksikan kehadiran 50,000 orang, membabitkan lebih 1,000 penahanan, Ambiga berkata, beliau tidak menyangka perarakan itu menarik minat sejumlah besar penunjuk perasaan.
