Monitoring of entire mechanism will be done by the chief minister's secretariat. Our Mumbai Correspondent reports that he Chief Minister also said that communication mechanism would be strengthened based on how effective is the Maha-Net project. Based on this he asked officials to follow up with Centre for availing funding for the Bharat Net as early as possible.
