The Doha accord would see thousands of US troops leave Afghanistan in a phased plan

After an initial reduction of troops to 8,600 within 135 days of today's signing, the US and its partners "will complete the withdrawal of their remaining forces from Afghanistan within 14 months... and will withdraw all their forces from remaining bases", the declaration stated.

The commitments to be made in the Taliban agreement and the joint declaration are an "important step to a lasting peace" that could free Afghans from the threat of al-Qaeda and the so-called Islamic State group, Mr Trump said in a statement.

Yep, saw it on SHO_Homeland Thursday night. Thanks Saul.

I don't understand why you can't make advisors available.
