The incident happened at around 9.30am yesterday on the Craigstown Road between Station and Ballylurgan roads.
A PSNI spokesperson said yesterday evening: "Following an earlier three vehicle road traffic collision, the Craigstown Road near Randalstown has re-opened.Northern Ireland Ambulance Service has confirmed they took two people to hospital. They added: "NIAS dispatched three Emergency crews, two doctors, and one Hazard Area Response team to the scene. The Charity Air Ambulance was also dispatched to the incident.
They added: "NIFRS was called to a three vehicle road traffic collision on Craigstown Road in Randalstown on 16 September 2019.
