Two arrested in connection with attack in which man was set on fire

The terrifying incident happened at a house in Mayfield, Co Cork, on Monday, January 20.

As the men fled the scene in two cars, Greaney's terrified partner scrambled to put out the flames and the emergency services responded. Paramedics gave the victim emergency treatment at the scene, Cork Beo reports. Gardai today confirmed that they have made arrests in connection with the incident and said investigations are ongoing.
