In March 2019, the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission launched the Dignity and Respect Statement of Principles and Policy.
The findings show that of the 1,401 people that were eligible to take part in the survey, just 514 people participated in the survey between March and April this year.8% of those surveyed said they had experienced harassment such as discrimination or derogatory comments were reported by 8% of those surveyed and 3% reported sexual harassment.Of those who said they had experienced bullying 57% claimed it was by direct employer/superior/line manager.
No almost 1 in 7 of those WHO ANSWERED THE SURVEY experienced bullying. About a third of the people eligible to answer the survey did so. So 15% of 37% of workers reported experiencing bullying ie 5.55%. Imagine those bullied more motivated to answer the survey also
When we continually vote for the scum of the nation to do the devils bidding there I guess it's to be expected. The place is full of egos
