Shop roof partially collapses after three-car pileup at Ballincollig Shopping Centre, Co Cork

Emergency services are at the scene after the partial collapse of a building in Ballincollig due to a multi-car crash.

Three cars are believed to have been involved in the collision outside Quish's Supervalu in the car park area. A vehicle collided with the building where the Great Wall takeaway and Paddy Power bookmakers are situated with the roof slumping as a result, Cork Beo reports.An eyewitness told CorkBeo: "An elderly lady accelerated at speed whilst taking the corner and speed into the moving traffic.Works are currently underway to make the area safe.
