Thousands and thousands of sq kilometers of Ukranine haven't been touched by the war and the Russians are presently in retreat..why can't Ukrainian nationals in uneffected areas take their own nationals from the affected areas. As the war has gone on this seems the best solution.

Would it offend anyone if they built a small tiny home village, upto 4,200 tiny homes, next to Roscommon Castle, as temporary accommodation for the homeless, etc.. a trial for more cost-effective accommodation which integration programs start from.
