Germany shooting: Suspect in Hanau attack found dead in home with another body taking death toll to 11

A suspect in a pair of shootings which saw nine people killed in the German city of Hanau has been found dead at his home, police said.Five further young people, including a woman, are thought to have been left in critical condition after the two shooting incidents at around 10pm local time on Wednesday.

Photos from the scene of the shooting show officers arresting a man as special units were hunting an unknown number of others involved who then remained at large. Other photos show forensic officers around a silver Mercedes which had bullet holes in the windscreen.
