Newry-based Around Noon, a food-to-go manufacturer, has purchased London business The Soho Sandwich Company.
The deal will see Around Noon’s revenues grow to over £80 million (€93 million) per year, according to a statement from the company. The acquisition of The Soho Sandwich Company adds more than 300 employees to Around Noon’s headcount bringing it to 800, as well as a new north London production facility, and a range of new “blue-chip” clients.
