A 20-year-old man has said he is pursuing medically assisted dying after years of struggling with chronic pain due to a mystery illness.At least 20 people have been found dead in a nightclub in South Africa's East London city, according to officials.Senior officials from the provincial government rushed to the scene, where at least six mortuary vehicles were lined up in the residential street waiting to collect the bodies, according to an AFP correspondent.Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 91-year-old Wilhelm (Willy) Widmer who is missing from his home in Clontarf, Dublin 3.
