It's not a crazy idea, an earlier 0 covid strategy would have kept the economy open (especially local businesses), reduced the number of cases / deaths and the pressure on the HSE but also the psychological impact on people and communities.

This lockdown is one of the most difficult things I have had to do. It feels like I am sitting here on my own waiting to die. While this guy just goes on and one and achieves nothing but gets well paid for it.
