Johnson insists no NI-UK customs checks post-Brexit

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said on Friday that his party had obtained a confidential government report which he claimed was proof that there would be customs checks between Britain and Northern Ireland after Brexit.

Mr Johnson also guaranteed that immigration to the UK would fall under his proposed system after Britain has left the EU.

Barefaced lies and he knows it. Sadly, many English voters knows he is lying to them every day and they love him for it. He has the right wing printed media on his side (owned by tax exiles) and they wield huge power in England. 5 years of untold damage ahead over there.

Only a used car salesman (and Donald Trump) uses the word 'deal' as much as BJ. A 'deal', of course, rarely involves a long-term strategic plan.

There should be unfettered access between NI and UK - but Boris' deal means there cannot be unfettered access!

In my view this cannot be a credible statement.

Well, the ‘should part in “should be unfettered access between Northern Ireland and the rest of GB” ist not the same as saying there ‘will be’ or am I wrong?

His deal specifies one. Pretty crazy you're just uncritically reproducing his lies.

“The rest of GB”? Northern Ireland isn’t in GB. It’s in the UK.
