Varadkar spoke out about these instances in the Dáil, saying:"It appears the cure for whiplash in Ireland is a compensation claim and not any medical treatment".

Should there be a way that after a claim is paid out that the 'victim' is found to have made a false claim then they are liable to repay back the amount awarded to them?

Its a pity he doesnt know the cure for the homeless and health crisis in this country .
