Astounded or not the border was closed down for foot and mouth, so why not for a global pandemic which is killing people! Numbers in the north are higher than the south and increasing, so Leo has a point!
I assume he said it as ye are going into lock down which will encourage spread of virus 🦠 to the south . 🤷♀️See link below
