Ryan says a government is needed that will last for ‘three or four years’.

Green Party leader Eamon Ryan Image: Leah Farrell/RollingNews.ie Green Party leader Eamon Ryan Image: Leah Farrell/RollingNews.ie GREEN PARTY LEADER Eamon Ryan has said he doesn’t feel there are sufficient numbers for a “stable government” of left-leaning coalition partners.

“We met our socialist colleagues and had a very good conversation with them and we listen and work with all sides. And we have a lot in common. But the reality is, if you look at the numbers, it’s hard to see how you get a stable government,” Ryan said. Ryan said that parties have been “going round in circles” over the past week and that it is time for policy meetings to begin.

For the Green Party to enter into a government coalition, the move would have to achieve a two-thirds majority among its members. For once Ryan is right

Has his mind made up for what he hopes for. FGF.

He just see euro signs and taxes he is dreaming up for the plebs

Who in the hell voted greens to begin with...

Surely an 'unstable'(?) Govt is better than no Govt at all?

Especially given the fact that his party isn't on the left.

We know how well the greens done the last time they were in government!

The only numbers this clown see's are his salary and pension.

That will act as pressure on Martin not to go in with Greens

So Eamonn Ryan see the end of the Green Party due to a resumption of the deadly embrace by FFFG. He looses my vote if he dances that dance. I see O Cuiv is poisoning the well with the grassroots in Galway by reminding them of the green’s antipathy to single countryside houses

Speech by Eamon Ryan, of the Green Party in Dáil Eireann: 'We have to start planning for being an island of 10 million people, and among that bringing in people as refugees in scale, not just 200 but a much larger number than that'.

No government Ryan is part of could be considered 'stable'.

We all know the direction Ryan is going.

Yeah if things turn bad the left leaning parties won't go for special needs kids etc.. Like you did you creep
