Probe launched after boy, 16, tragically dies after being hit by car near Adare, Co Limerick

A teen has tragically died following a road accident in Co Limerick during the early hours of Sunday morning.

His body remains at the scene and is due to be removed to Limerick University Hospital where a post mortem will take place.The scene is currently preserved and Garda forensic collision investigators are due to conduction an examination.
