Fine Gael's Paschal Donohoe has claimed that the true facts have been exposed and the old Fianna Fáil has not gone away. However, Fianna Fail leader Micheál Martin has defended his party’s manifesto

Fine Gael’s Director of Organisation, Paschal Donohoe, said the party is not explaining how it would cover public service pay over the next five years.

He said the party had been more cautious than others and had presented more realistic and credible spending plans. He said Fine Gael have presented a manifesto which commits to wholesale promises which he said they had already made and failed to deliver four years ago.

Which liar do you believe?

The old payoff before Christmas is really providing dividends. RTE is as transparent as either leader of your promoted parties. It’s a joke that we have to pay tax for a mouthpiece of something we already pay tax for.

Thats a bit rich from a party that can't draw up a contract for the NCH set a budget & that's it, plus paying €3Billion for RuralBB & the state won't even own it Pot calling the kettle black

I love when FineGael and fiannafailparty give out about each other. Its almost as if they're trying to convince us that they are different.

Fake 'fighting' again? nobody's buying it

Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil to publish manifestosHousing and health policies to be unveiled as Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil publish their manifestos today The notion of having Fianna Fáil back in is just scary. How soon we forget. Just cast your mind back to Bertie telling us he had no bank accounts. He got “dig outs” Then think of Willie O’Dee trotted our to tell us that the IMF were not coming to Dublin. As the pin stripe Sherman tanks trundled down Kildare Street to raid the pension fund! And then let us remember Cowan on the radio. Clearly “under the weather” and then telling lies about it. Think of that, all of it, then think carefully before marking your ballot paper
