David Gray set to return to Cork with huge gig next June

The Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter will play the Rebel County on Saturday, June 20.Speaking at the Metropole Hotel on Leeside today, Gray said that Cork is a special place for him to play and that he is always embraced by the crowds here, Cork Beo reports.

Gray said he is looking forward to playing in Cork because of its “wild, raw and uncompromising character.” Facebook user Niall said: “Managed to just about sellout the Marquee last summer. Interesting notion of ‘major’”. More gigs are expected to be announced for Irish Independent Park next summer with acts already confirmed for next year including The Script, Lewis Capaldi, Dermot Kennedy and Picture This.
