So how many people recovered? Other countries show recovery rate but Ireland is on 5 for past 1-2 weeks.

Excellent explanation. Models can be extremely sensitive to the assumptions that you have to make about unknown variables. Mathematics can only get you so far, expert judgement is also vital in choosing the best assumptions.
