The opening of larger retail stores is to be brought forward and will see some bigger shops open from next Monday, thoughA number of other measures may also be accelerated including the lifting of the travel limit altogether. Thankfully they are starting to listen.

Yes good idea - Ironic dublin has the highest rates covid in the country so let’s start opening the pubs there first as the experiment - see how the dubs like it

Good, people need to get out drinking, fighting and riding. It’s in irish culture to do all those in large doses

More brain dead solutions. Do they think people who live in areas where their pubs don’t have restaurant licenses aren’t going to just flock in to the places which do?

jimmytwotimesx2 jjjjiiimmmmmyyyyy!!!

Keep pubs shut for rest of the year.

Businesses, restaurants, shops, hairdressers etc...I can see valid arguments being made for opening some or all of these early but there is no logical argument for opening pubs

20km limit 😂😂😂

Poll: Will being able to travel 20km significantly impact your life under Covid-19?All going to plan, Ireland will enter Phase Two of re-opening next Monday 8 June. No I live out in the country anyway, are we to be thankful we won't be harassed by gardai, get a grip, open up our country properly and be done with this rubbish 'All going to plan' the fact of the matter is they have no plan, the plan was to get the rate of transmission below R1, that happened about 6 weeks ago and has stayed well below 1, they then change the goalposts and at this stage nobody knows where the goalposts lie 20 km will allow me to find a place where I can walk and maintain real social distance.
