Caroline Flack's ex Andrew Brady breaks silence after her funeral

The former Apprentice star, who was engaged to Caroline in 2018, issued an Instagram statement along with a poem he'd written to commemorate their relationship.

"I know some of you dislike me and that's okay. You read about our relationship and you judged. Go ahead make those judgements because you know nothing. I'm not writing this to emend any gossip you think you know. But I want this to be known. Regardless of how our relationship went, I want it to be known how much of an amazing person Caroline Flack was."

The poem, titled Thanks For the Support, went into detail about how the pair downed tequila shots on one of their first nights out together. "These feelings I have / They're are so unique / I have fallen head over heels / Words are impossible to speak Andrew picked up: "For a time in my life I loved Caroline. No matter what any of you might think of me or Caroline from what you've read. We had a whirlwind of a relationship that was incredibly passionate and a lot of love. We grew really close. It didn't work out but that doesn't change the impact on my life she made. I have my memories and I will cherish them.
