Brides-to-be panicked after Dublin boutique closes without warning

Shutters have been down on The Bridal Corner in Dublin’s Glasnevin for five days with the owners claiming they have been forced to close due to debt.Roisin O’Connell, from Finglas in the capital, is set to marry her boyfriend of two years Tom Berdin on October 5.But last Friday she spotted a Facebook post claiming the 35-year-old store had closed.

“When I first read the post, I thought maybe there had been a family emergency but there has been no explanation and calls are going to voicemail. “We will be making contact with all brides affected that have weddings before Christmas over the next few days.”Roisin also went down but was only able to get hold of a veil.
