Barry, his partner Alyson and their baby son Brando have moved back to the seaside town where Alyson grew up

The 30-year-old Dublin native scooped the Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Banshees of Inisherin at the BAFTAs on Sunday night, and he dedicated the award to the kids of Summerhill in Dublin.

The brothers spent seven years in foster homes as their mother struggled with addiction. When Barry was just 12 years old, his mum sadly passed away from a heroin overdose.

In 2013, he picked up his break-through role in the RTE drama Love/Hate where he played the "infamous cat killer" Wayne. Barry's most successful film to date has been his role as the sensitive Dominic Kearney in The Banshees of Inisherin opposite fellow Dublin stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson.
