Another Dublin city building site closes after worker tests positive for Covid-19

A third building site in Dublin city centre has had to temporarily close after a subcontractor working there tested positive for coronavirus.

Elliot Group Managing Director Darragh Elliot confirmed the news, adding that the site is now closed ahead of a deep clean tomorrow. Elliot Group said they took immediate steps to inform all personnel and subcontractors and were now awaiting direction from the HSE. "We will undertake an electro-static decontamination of the site in the morning and we will await further direction from the HSE in regard to the next steps."
