Aer Lingus has issued an apology following the cancellation of multiple flights at Dublin Airport on Sunday .The airline pointed to"system pressures" after 13 flights to and from the capital were shelved due to industrial strikes and Covid-related staff disruptions.Air traffic control strikes took place, while Aer Lingus noted that there was a"spike" in Covid cases among its personnel.
