A 24-hour service is being introduced on two Dublin Bus routes - the 15 and 41 - from next month.

The 41 runs to and from the city centre and Swords, servicing Dublin Airport along the way. From 1 December, the daytime frequency of buses on both routes will improve and they will run at a 30-minute frequency from midnight until 5am in the morning.

"The patterns of work and socialising have changed. For instance, the success in attracting to the city, major employers who are headquartered many time-zones away, serving markets around the world, means that commercial and economic activity in Dublin continues around the clock.
